My name is Brenda Kirby, I own and run Kirby Business Office Services.  I have over 20 years experience in PA/Secretarial/Office Manager roles at Senior Level.  I am highly motivated to providing a First Class, Cost Effective Service to each and every one of my clients.

 Throughout my career I have held a number of roles in a wide variety of industries including:

  • Office Manager in a locally based Law Firm providing an Employment Law and HR Support Service.
  • Senior Secretary in a large electronics company.
  • Secretary to senior management in two Edinburgh based accountancy firms.
  • Administrator in a national estate agency business.
  • PA to the Managing Director of a large furniture retailer.

I possess excellent planning and organisational skills coupled with the maturity and confidence to work on my own initiative.
